Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident about your subscription to GO Revenue OS. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund.

The short version

  • 7-day refund window on your first charge if the Service has not delivered the value you expected.
  • Cancel anytime from your account dashboard — no long-term contracts.
  • To request a refund, email info@musicfunding.com.

1. 7-Day Refund Window

If you are within seven (7) days of your first charge on GO Revenue OS and you have not received the value you expected from the Service, you are eligible to request a full refund of that first charge. To request a refund, email info@musicfunding.com with your account email and a brief explanation of why the Service did not meet your expectations. We aim to respond within two business days.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the Service through that date. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts.

3. Subscriptions After the 7-Day Window

After the initial 7-day window, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Cancelling your subscription prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid for the current billing cycle.

4. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We may grant refunds outside the 7-day window in our sole discretion, including in cases of:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges;
  • Significant Service outages or technical issues that materially prevented you from using the Service for an extended period;
  • Billing errors on our part.

5. Add-Ons and One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases (such as setup fees, template library access, or custom onboarding) are non-refundable once the work has been delivered or access has been granted. If a one-time service has not yet been delivered, you may request a refund by contacting info@musicfunding.com.

6. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the charge. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at info@musicfunding.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We respond quickly to billing inquiries and prefer to resolve issues directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Refund requests will be evaluated against the version of this Policy in effect on the date of your charge.
