These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GO Revenue OS software platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by GO Revenue OS ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Atlanta, Georgia. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
GO Revenue OS is a business operations and customer relationship management (CRM) software platform that provides contact management, sales pipeline tracking, calendar and scheduling, task management, team workspaces, and reporting dashboards. Access to the Service is provided through our web-based dashboard at app.gorevenueos.com following the completion of onboarding and payment of applicable subscription fees.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain and update this information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
GO Revenue OS uses custom-quoted pricing. After completing a discovery demo, we will provide a written quote covering seats, modules, and add-ons appropriate for your business. By accepting that quote and entering payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount on the agreed billing cadence.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full payment card information on our servers. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period until you cancel.
There are no long-term contractual commitments. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting info@musicfunding.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain all rights to the data and content you upload, enter, or generate through the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit Your Data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell or share Your Data with third parties for marketing purposes. Our data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including all software, design, copy, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by GO Revenue OS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.
We aim to provide reliable, continuous access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance or experience unscheduled downtime. We are not liable for any delays, outages, or unavailability of the Service.
Refund eligibility and procedures are described in our Refund Policy. In short: if you are within 7 days of your first charge and have not received the value you expected, contact info@musicfunding.com to request a refund.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if your payment fails after reasonable notice, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete Your Data after a reasonable retention period.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL GO REVENUE OS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GO Revenue OS, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify active users by email or via the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
